It was horrible, dirty, things in room were incomplete due to possible renovations, 2 towels in a suite. Charged 20 for breakfast for 9 and 10 year old. Breakfast was only coffee, cereal, milk, muffins and waffle maker, we didn't eat breakfast, when asked for more towels attitude was given. Kitchen didn’t have utensils, plates, pots, etc.Photos of room wasn't the condition it was in.

Has an electric charger we will travel and let the car at the airport so we charge the car during the night staying at the hotel and we saved time so that is a plus for me !

The room was a bit dusty, like it had been cleaned and not used in a while. Not many options for breakfast, only muffin, bread slices, apples, waffle, Raisin Bran, juice, and coffee. Fruit Loop dispenser was empty and only other option was Raisin Bran (which I'm not too crazy about)...then, we wanted regular sugar for coffee and it was like, "Sorry, there's no more, we ran out."

The next door neighbor had the television running until 3 a.m. I went to notify front desk attendant at 1:00 am. I don’t know what action he took, but volume was lowered, then tv was turned off for 15 minutes and turned on again. We only slept for a few hours and checked out at 7:00am

The supervisor was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I am a Marriott member and the stay here was far superior to the Stone Oak Residence Inn.

Kitchen room doesnt have kitchen

We booked a room with a kitchen and arrived in the middle of the night to find a full size kitchen (large fridge, stove/oven, microwave) but not a single pot/pan/cup/utensil... we were told thay since Covid "everyone brings their own stuff". Im not sure who is booking a hotel stay and travelling with a full kitchen in their luggage but we arent! Every other hotel we have booked with a kitchen has always included at least the basics. We left and went to Best Western 5mins drive away who were fabulous. Grateful for the prompt refund from hotels.com/expedia. This place sbould not be allowed to advertise sand charge a premium for something they do not have.
