An amazing experience, as always, at the estancia norte, it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at probably in the world. I'd have to say, I travel quite a bit and the level of luxury, as well as comfort stays true to this hotel chain Hilton has done a good job of bouncing back. I stayed in the place probably 3 years ago. And had a questionable experience, but after this last time, I have to say it accommodated me and was above expectations

We stayed in the courtyard. The smell when walking in was that of mold and dampness. The vent had mold spots. The paint was chipping from the walls. The water pressure from the shower was so faint, not good with thick hair. The sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Worst of all, the AC would not maintain temp, it was so hot at night. Plus- the pool water temp was very cold! This hotel was so nice on the outside I was dissatisfied that it wasn’t as nice inside.
