The hotel overall was okay, we liked how friendly the hotel staff were and that they offered free breakfast and the 5:30 kickback food. The only downfall for us was the hotel room temperature. When we entered the room it was 80 degrees and it never went below 78 degrees. When we spoke to the person in the front office she said it was due to a hot day and in the night it would get colder, NOPE it didn’t it stayed at 78 all night. We were on the fourth floor.

The staff is amazing. Housekeeping was helpful and friendly. Front desk host and hostess were simply awesome. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Actually better than some high dollar hotels in downtown San Antonio. Come check it out.

Perfect Stay for a Fun Family Weekend!

We had such a fantastic weekend! Our family had an absolute blast, and Drury Inn & Suites made it even better. The hotel was spotless, the amenities were perfect for our stay, and the service was truly on point—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Courteous staff

The staff were kind and very patient when I had an issue with my payment. They did not rush me and make me feel nervous. They continued to be courteous through out the whole stay. The location was the perfect proximity to Morgan’s Wonderland and a good drive to Schlitterbahn New Braunfels.
