We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast and happy hour buffet were both excellent, and the pool area was beautiful. The rooms were very clean, which we appreciated. The only thing we wish was different is that there was a dresser to store more of our belongings.

Wonderful hotel

The happy hour time was fun. Great drinks and appetizers. Bartenders and servers were very upbeat and cool while serving many, many people. We ordered room service for dinner and had breakfast in the restaurant. Food was hot and delicious. Everything was clean, our bed very comfortable. We will be staying at this Embassy Suites every time we visit San Antonio!

We usually enjoy our stay here, but this time we had some mishaps. The pool area was filthy. The room was not as clean as usual, and there was a water leak in our shower from, what I'm assuming was, the room above. Leaked all night, forming a bubble in the ceiling. Called front desk, informed them of what was happening and that we were afraid to shower as the majority of the water was leaking from the light fixture in the shower. They said "Oh. We'll look into it after your checkout."
