Concentrated Quality Everywhere!
The Embassy Suites at the San Antonio Riverwalk has - just like that - become my favorite hotel in San Antonio! The suite where we stayed was very spacious, and the check-in staff moved us up to a top floor in honor of our very special occasion. I also took a walk outside the property and was instantly greeted with of the finest restaurants in the city --and all of this was mere steps away from the historic Majestic Theatre... Didn't know that so much concentrated quality was so close by. I'm going to plan to return!

We stayed at the place for 5 days. House keeping did not done good job of cleaning. They did not vacuum or even mop the floor, did not even picking trash and did not even wipe the dinning table. We have to do it our self.

Location is great. Breakfast is excellent. But rooms outdated, carpet dirty, pool was cold. No phone in rooms, so you can't call to front office for anything. We were disappointed with Embassy, and expected same quality that we experienced in other states.

I traveled for business to this Embassy and found the staff incredibly helpful. We had an issue with the AC not blowing or cooling and were switched with no problem to another room. Roxy, down at the front desk was amazing!

One to Five -- Five
Absolutely one of the best hotel stays in quite some time in and out of the country. The staff at the Embassy Suites San Antonio Riverwalk - Downtown were amazing from start to finish including their amazing breakfast. The manager O'Bryan was fantastic what a PRO-fessional! He actually rerouted us out of a room with construction nearby to an awesome substitute room in which we were happy. Everything was on point beautiful modernized rooms, great quality beds and high luxury pillows. Modern bathrooms and a modern glass mini fridge. This location is perfect and was easy to find after walking for hours walking and dining near the Riverwalk. After this stay entire family give it 5 stars which has never happened in or out of country. We are Embassy and Hilton fans!!

Christmas Getaway
We love Embassy Suites. This locations off the San Antonio riverwalk was very convenient. The room was very nice, the breakfast was great and the front staff were very helpful and accommodating. Like other reviews stated…the valet parking is pricy at $50 a night but the lot across the street was a little more affordable as you could pay over a period of several days. You also don’t have to wait in a long line up as you wait on your vehicle to be brought to you. You just walk across the street and go. It is well lit up also. You can walk to places like the Alamo and the Trollies. We will definitely use them again.
