Worst ever
God Awful!!!!
I was allowed to take a peek at my room before finalizing my check in and wish I didnt.
Safe ti say its obvious why they dont give refunds because the problem started before I even made it into the room. From right outside my door I was welcomed by not one, but 2 crack pipes that were both dirt and looked used. But had obviously been left there for some time. I checked out my room and not only found dead bugs on the bed, as well as the pillows, put under the covers and on the floors in the corners, as well as the hallway. Ventured into the bathroom only to find that the toilet was stained completely black, and the shower was covered in what looked like rat poop, as well as something I could only call flea dirt. When explaining this to the staff, I was told that there were no refunds. Despite the state of the room, nor was I offered any accommodations or the chance for housekeeping to visit once more.
Needless to say, don't spend your money here and you're better off sleeping in your car or under the highway, and you'd have better conditions than I was met within this hotel room.
