Never Again

I really wanted to give this place another chance, but unfortunately, this stay confirmed I won’t be coming back. When I arrived, the bathroom towels had hair on them, the entire room smelled like urine, and the walls were paper thin. I could hear the man in the room next to me blasting his TV and what sounded like a full-on party. It was loud and disruptive well into the night. At 1:30am, I finally had enough and called the front desk. The gentleman working was very kind, he walked back to my room with me and confirmed there was an issue. At 2:15am, he knocked on my door and offered to move me to another room. By that point, I was exhausted and declined the offer because I had to be up by 5:30am and didn’t have the energy to move rooms in the middle of the night. This wasn’t my first disappointing stay. Months ago, I had another bad experience: the room was filthy, the room phone was broken and falling apart, and the shower only had cold water. I had hoped things had improved, but sadly, they haven’t. Between the cleanliness issues, bad smell, noise problems, and past experience, I can’t recommend this hotel—and I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Received dirty room with no bath towels upon arrival and the next day never got room serviced after specifically telling them to clean it before I left to seaworld for the day! Coffee machine in room had old cup in dispenser still from previous customer. No shampoo or conditioner in bottles when you need something they tell you to go to front desk instead of them coming to your room. On check out day around 9am housekeeping walked into our room waking my family up after having the DO NOT DISTURB sign on door and still knocked two more times after that! We couldn’t go back to sleep so we check out before 12 which is supposedly the check out time!!!
