I liked that they allowed us to check in early . I didn’t like all the fees they charged. Especially the parking fee. Thought it was ridiculous to charge for self parking. But if you don’t mind any of that then this is a good hotel to stay at. It close to the river walk and the Alamo. Close to great restaurants.

Overall excellent location, we spend new years eve and river walk was very accessible. Room was clean, and staff is friendly. One thing is that there’s no microwave inside room.

Parking was way to expensive, like $58 for one night. And they don't have many good non-valet spots in their small underground garage. Waiting time for valet was 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, the the room's air conditioning was not good. I need to sleep in the cold, and the room was around 60 degrees, no matter what I did. Also the room did not have any drinking water.

Disappointed when our items removed from the room.
On 12/31/24, We went out for breakfast and planed to return afterward, We told house-keeping lady not to clean our room. But when we returned, our room was cleaned and all items left in the room were disappeared, including medication we brought back from China. We were very disappointed. Finally, house keeping manage found our stuff and brought it back. This type thing should be, and could be avoided if the hotel managent provides adequate train for house keeping stuffs.

Terrible, everything was terrible at this hotel. Beds were not queen size, two small beds that two people could sleep on them. Not clean room. Service was desperate. Not a good service even for the price they charged. We were charged $314 per night for the room while the room was not worth it, too high. The AC was not working, we asked them to fix it, the technician came and could not fix it. The temperature gun and screen were showing 72F while he was saying it is 80 and keep saying you do not understand! We requested to move us to another room and they accepted to move, after 15 min. we did not hear from them, called to follow up, they said they won’t move us while the AC was not working, crazy and stupid crew, eventually they accepted to move us, no one from hotel came to move our stuff and we had to move them ourself by hand room to room! Very tough condition they created for us. We paid for grand club while the key did not open the door! There was not wine in the club and the ladies were telling us we have shortage! The front desk told us the drinks include while the ladies over there charged us for drinks!!! Although it is called grand club and we paid for it they close at 8 pm, like a happy hour! Our stay at the hotel was like a nightmare! Not a good experience at all.

Amazing hotel
The hotel is right on the river walk and close to the Alamo. We walked out every day and night to all the attractions. Buy the parking package, it's worth it. San Antonio is wonderful around the holidays.
