If you are going to visit this property make sure to ask for the amenities. The staff did not tell me about the perks that you have when you check in. For example discount on parking, two complementary water and drinks but they never told me. Also the room the pillows were super small and hard. Also the hotel send me an email after my stey saying all this but was too late. Definitely I would choose other hotel for next time.

Very Disappointing
We were attending an event at the Alamodome so location was great. Felt very safe. However, many amenities that you’d expect from a room at this price point were missing. We had only one washcloth, there was no bottled water, the creamer was powdered not liquid, the room was tiny, and the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. Very disappointed as Hyatt Regency is usually good quality.
