Check in process was easy and staff was super friendly. Room was clean, smelled nice and beds were comfy. Breakfast was free and yummy. Shopping center was right acress the street and there were tons of restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay here again!

The sheets seemed to have had a blood stain and the room had a very humid musky smell. Usually Hampton Inns are very clean but this one was very dirty and kind of runned down.

Property was easy to get to and around a shopping center. Had easy access to shops and restaurants during our stay. Staff was always present and helpful for anything we needed. Would stay again if I have to head down to San Antonio.

Everything about the hotel was great! Just the construction which is no fault of the hotel made it somewhat confusing to navigate around to enter the hotel. Once there, everything else was fine.

Room was nice and clean. Area is surrounded by construction. Door to the bathroom doesn't close all the way so even if you lock it, someone can just push the door open. Checkout is at noon but housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:30am asking if we've left yet.
