The reception was warm and cordial. The front desk Lady, SOPHIE, was a great help to my family. We sincerely appreciate you, SOPHIE. The environment is great, safe, and neat. What was lacking was a wall clock for timing.

This hotel is fine, it's in a weird location but met our needs. We are Hilton rewards members and didn't get the "rewards" that our other party members did. It was just snacks but a bummer to not get. Our room was on the 1st floor and at night it sounded like someone was knocking on our door but it was coming from upstairs. It was awful but we managed.
