Get new carpet in rooms…..

We had a nice stay. Pretty clean, good breakfast and safe parking. Housekeeping did not leave coffee for next 2 days and shorted us washcloths; otherwise it was quiet and in a good location. Rooms need new carpet.

Convenient enough for my daughter to visit from Lackland AFB. There was limited contact with staff, but check-in and check-out were easy. Housekeeping was pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was good for being included and a variety was offered day to day.

The restroom was not thoroughly cleaned, there was left over women’s sanitary used products left. The hallways and rooms were penetrated with chlorine odor I’m assuming is from the indoor pool.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful. The only issues we had was the toilet was so low to the ground and having surgery recently that was an issue. Another thing was the bed was so hard and it dipped in middle. We liked the location. We will be staying here in the future.
