Overall it was a nice overnight stay for the parade of lights at the river walk. Staff was friendly, beds are super comfy, rooms were clean ( a must for me). Breakfast was good.

The hotel itself was well maintained and clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and fresh/hot. The main problem or negatives were inadequate parking, I had a very difficult time late at night finding a parking place at the hotel, all the places were taken. I asked the night clerk what to do, he had me park on front of a automotive business that clearly said they would tow away your car. He assured me that because it was the weekend, I could still park there with a hotel car tag. It turned out fine, but was stressful to me because I was afraid my car would get towed or vandalized, since it doesn't belong to the hotel. Lastly, noise from illegal drag racing at night and big trucks honking in the morning kept me fom sleeping very well. Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay, would recommend, just be aware of parking problem and city noise.

I opted to pay at the property because I had selected multiple rooms with multiple people. It appeared one of my bookings went through my payment, and the hotel was unable to taxes. So I will be reaching back out to Hotels.com to get that resolved.

The room was nice and spacious. The shower area was beeding slight maintenance. Bed was comfy. Parking is minimal and located in a semi abandoned part of downtown. Breakfast wouldve been good but the peraon in charge was unorganized and not prepared causing a long wait while other food items were running out. Overall a decent stay

Hotel is average as far as cleanliness. Location was convenient for my travel. Unfortunately, it’s not a quiet place to stay. You can hear the occupants of the rooms around you. Sound like a hurd of cows stomping around above me. And parking in the hotel lot, is limited and should be included, not an additional fee.
