Family trip to San Antonio

We stayed 3 nights the room was clean, good service, good breakfast and good location near river walk however, i give a 4 star for the following 3 reasons; 1.- Parking fee, there is a $12 daily parking fee that we were not aware nor metioned at the time of reservation 2.- The pool area is too small and does not have ventilation therefore the room gets too hot and its not comfortable just to be sitting there. 3.- The hotel does not have a patio area where guests can come and relax after a day walking at the theme parks, there is a bench at the entrance where people gather and sitaround.

The room was nice. The staff over the breakfast was amazing. The manager was unprofessional & rude parking should not cost extra. That should be included in the rate of the room. And if a guest has more than one vehicle they should comp parking off site since there is only one spot for each room. Very inconvenient and expensive.
