In general, a good experience. I would improve the look of the valet area. It is dated and does not match the contemporary look of the hotel. The mustard color and general appeal give a not so safe or nice first impression on arrival. Great service and food. Thank you.

All was good but at 6am the alarms went off in the building with an announcement in intercoms says to leave immediately due to an emergency. We were down five flights of stairs before seeing other guests come back and tell us false alarm. It was because someone took a hot shower. No hotel staff told us in intercom it was a false alarm or apologized for the scare.

Bedroom blinds didn’t work so there was light coming in all night. The noises were loud from outside of the hotel as well. We could hear every car passing by or music being played. As well as the noises in the nearby rooms. (Door slamming) There was no shampoo in the shower. Dirty sheets. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean, convenient, very comfy beds. The valet was very quick and friendly and the location was perfect and felt super safe. Check in and anything at the reception desk was a little slow, as were the lifts to try and get in and out. But overall a nice stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thanks everyone
