When I pulled up. I immediately noticed the American and state flag were in bad shape. I forgot to tell the front desk. I woke up in the morning and they were replaced with new ones. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!!!

I was disappointed at the lack of service in the restaurant, waited 20 mins to never get a cup of coffee, not enough servers for the families waiting to have their order taken, and not to mention how much weed we'd smell around the property the wind would blow and your smelling that garbage in what's supposed to be a nice family environment. Why is the staff not kicking folks out of the hotel!? There is no grass area for a pets, and while I was out in the evening walking my dog towards the back of the property where the pool/basketball court is and enclosed dog (dirt area), a car was parked in the corner in the dark, suspious activity happening.. Our family did not feel completely safe staying here.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and games on the terrace. My only two complaints were that our room was on the Lower level so it felt like we were in the basement. Not a fan of the basement level rooms. Secondly, for the price of our room, I wasn't expecting our bathtub to have rust in it and the ceilings paint cracking. 😳 The rest of the room was fine. Beds were comfy and everything was tidy and clean. Probably won't stay there again because there are several other hotels in the area that are much cheaper, parking is cheaper, breakfast is free, and room quality is comparable.

There was only one thing I didn’t like about this hotel.. and that was “dish TV” no signal at times when it finally came down to watch something and the phone signal was bad too. But other than that.. so far it was great. I would stay again.

Great location for getting to military base and airport as it is in between both. Restaurants food was really good and customer service was as well. Only thing we didn’t like was the $22 dollars plus taxi a night just to park. It was a strange to us.
