I didn’t understand why we had to pay a parking fee and then for Wi-Fi we had to pay for that. I just think that’s ridiculous and Hilton shouldn’t be doing that. The fee of the room was quite expensive and you would think that would be included as the Marriott that’s included.

I wasn’t a fan of the food at the restaurant. It was not seasoned and made it a bland meals both times - Even the Fried chicken and waffles..That was pretty disappointing, even a dash of Lowreys seasoning salt would have made it worth the cost. Service was great and people were very kind

When we arrived after a late flight, the counter checkin had really poor service: we were not told were the elevators were (and they saw us walk around looking with luggage in hand and we receive no indication or support), we asked to add our loyalty number and we were told no as we did not paid directly to them (this is s first) and when asked for water we were not indicated where we could purchase it ( right behind the counter). its the first we have this very poor service in any hotel...its a shame, its a good place but we felt very unwelcomed

I booked the Presidential Suite for $600.00. it was an okay room, I've stayed in similar for around $200.00 though, so don't be fooled by the "Presidential Suite" there is not anything special about it Room was dirty, hadn't been cleaned. Only had enough amenities for 2 people for a suite that sleeps 4. When I call the desk for more they tell me to come down and get it. Normally I wouldn't mind, no big deal, but I just paid 600$ for this room to be prepared and ready to go and now I have to make a trip down to the lobby just to get things that should have already been there. Morning after we go to breakfast. Potatoes come out, decent flavor but mostly raw with a good sear.then not even 3 seconds after I take my first bite here comes the waitress with the bill as. If she's trying to rush us out. They were not busy at all, so I don't understand it. Overall negative experience, won't stay here again

The room was remarkably clean. The a/c worked well. The curtains kept the room dark and cool. The mini fridge worked fine, yet we missed not having a microwave. The room size was sufficient. The tub/shower was sufficient...although at that price I was expecting a nice walk-in shower. Having 2 wat er bottles sitting on the credenza with a $3 price tag on each if you drinked it was ridiculous. Really? And the coffee maker was a 2 cup...but youre provided with one decaf pkg per day and 2 mini creams. The price for the room does not include ANY breakfast, nor do they provide ANY parking! There is an expensive "restaurant" in the downstairs area and if you want to actually "park" your car ...then you pay $22 plus tax each nite on your card. The card that they charge you an extra on for ɓ"incidentals" on top of the $160 per night rate,7 you are told that if the room is satisfactory it will be returned to your bank acct is what they retrieve your parking charges from...so you will not see it again. And Direct TV only has a Disney toon channel for the kids.....but we slept good. Ty

I didn't like that the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan. The room can get humid and stuffy after a hot shower or bath. Also, the waiting or restaurant staff left a lot of families just standing waiting to be seated for breakfast. They kept walking by, as if we didn't exist.
