We got to out room and it was stuffy, we turned down the AC, left the room for a couple of hours and was still hot. When we tried to take a shower, the water was cold, it was running for a good 7-10 minutes hoping the water would come out warmer and nothing, ice cold. Tried contacting the front desk and they never answered the phone.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment We checked in, the staff made Us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made Our stay so comfortable. The highlight of Our visit was the incredible breakfast service. A special shoutout to Lorena and Laura, who provided exceptional service—always attentive, friendly, and quick to ensure we had everything We needed. And a big thank you to Chef Joe, who worked magic in the kitchen! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed to feel relaxed. Whether it’s for a quick getaway or a longer stay, highly recommend Holiday Inn for its fantastic service and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Holiday Inn team, for making our stay so memorable! Check out is 11 but they let me stay till 12, everyone was friendly and answered any questions I had. Only thing I would say I don’t like is that you have to pay for breakfast and it was maybe a 6/10 quality (set up was beautiful though) other than that I’ll be back!

Service was amazing hotel was super clean as well as the rooms ! We used to hotel shuttle to get back and forth to seaworld and they made it seamless ! Overall we had an amazing stay my only complaint would be that the hallway on our floor smelled like dirty old wet carpet however I think they were shampooing them and that’s why there was a smell coming up.

Our room was "moist" felt like water in the air. The bathroom floor was sticky and only one elevator worked. The staff was very nice but, the rooms need some attention.
