Great location and great staff. Hotel is a bit dated in some spots. You can see they are upgrading. Only one complaint was the rental car we valeted, at a cost of a steep $42 a night, smelled like weed when it was brought to us. Thankfully it was only once. We were able to air it out before returning it.

We had some issues with the room temperature when we arrived.Maintenance came to try and fix the problem. We went to dinner when we returned the room was still very cold so they transferred us to another room. The location was great, the River walk is beautiful and the hotel was clean, however my husband was not happy with the mattress it was not comfortable. Overall the stay was just average, we did appreciate the effort to resolve the issue and move us to another room.

Beautiful Riverwalk view from the balcony.
Great location, right on the river. Wonderful view from the balcony. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was hospitable. Ballet parking was about $40. On the downside bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. I slept in a dip. There was no charging station in the room, which is an easy fix for the hotel. Beautiful restaurant on the water, breakfast buffet was mediocre. Coffee was delicious and hot. I would stay here again, mainly because of the location and beautiful view from the balcony.
