lovely stay
We had a very good experience. My son loves hotel's breakfast and this was not the exception. Everybody was very nice and helpful, the pool was clean and we had it almost for ourselves for the most part. The place is in a very central location, so we could move around easily. Overall, we will be back

Our room was dirty and dated. We had to purchase our own wipes to wipe Guam and clean what we could. The carpet was old, dirty, and needed to n r changed. The stovetop was broke and I had to clean and fix it work. The silverware needed to be cleaned and I had to purchase sponges and did detergent on my own. To make things worse, they never can in ti clean every other day as posted, and when notified to clean, they just changed the towels and trash bags.

Awful.
Sadly. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. To start with. The keys wouldn’t open the door. Then the tv in the room would not work. And despite the front desk assuring us someone would come to fix the issue. In two days. No one ever did. The room was never cleaned. We were left with dirty towels to use the last day because they were not replaced due to no one ever cleaning the room Upon leaving I was provided a bottle of Gatorade as an apology for the inconvenience. When I got home I discovered I was charged 5 dollars for the “ complementary” Gatorade. I don’t think this is a Hilton issue. Just a San Antonio Hilton issue. Either way. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. Will go elsewhere the next time I am in San Antonio.
