I've been visiting San Antonio a lot lately, this hotel has been the best so far. The rooms are comfortable for the 6 of us, although I wanted the 2 bedroom suite which was sold out. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was also perfect for us, close to utsa.

5 night stay- clean room, quite property. The only issue we had was with the air conditioner. Unable to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Maintenance attempted to fix the problem but was only able to get it working well enough to make the room somewhat tolerable.

Well located but terrible service. Room outdated but clean. Unfortunately the common hallway wasnt. There was literally trash bins outside my door over the aisle. Trash smelled as it contained food leftovers. I told receptionist and that night they left them there. Next day they moved it.

We called the hotel to let them know we'd be arriving a little late. It was not until then that we were informed that there was not a room for us and they moved us to an inferior facility which wanted to charge us more for a room that was not equivalent to what we paid for and received confirmation for. This is unacceptable.
