Every thing was great, other than the room’s AC not working well. Room was hot. We got to our room after 11pm, thermostat was turned all the way down to “60” when we arrived. Was obvious it wasn’t cooling properly.

Hotel was nice and had a nice location. Nothing fancy but very nice. Pool was a bit in the dirty side, not gross but dirty. Lighting in bathroom was awful. Room was a very nice size.

We enjoyed our stay celebrating our anniversary there. The only negative is this noise that we could hear throughout the night. Like a high squeaking sound. . Maybe connected to water pipes. Not sure, but other than that, amazing stay.

This hotel miss the mark! The location was great and on the surface everything looked good. The hotel bar/ restaurant was just okay at best. The rooms were very noisy, it sounded like a marching band or fireworks. There was no light on the nightstand, so no reading in bed and you had to turn off the light and walk to your bed in the dark. The plumbing was awful, it could 4 flushes to just get toilet paper down. The shower would just stop and start again. The cleaning crew must of been blind. I spilled coffee on the nightstand, I cleaned it up the best I could but some splashed on the sheets while moving the glass top. I asked for a clean up and went to my conference. When I returned the beds were made but the nightstand was still wet. As we went to bed we realized that they just made the bed, and did not changed the coffee stained sheets. Not acceptable!

The hotel is outstanding. The check in staff wasn’t at all friendly - did not give us the wi-fi - did not welcome us or thank us for staying at their hotel. Kind of disappointing when you’re spending almost $400 for a room with a view of the river walk - $57 parking is outrageous This was a special occasion - we didn’t feel special.

The place is great. Clean, safe, convenient but nothing special for the price. I’ve stayed here many times for its access to the Riverwalk but I feel they could do more for hospitality. A welcome drink or happy hour greeting or drink / dining coupons. Something. You check in and don’t hear from them again.
