Excellent service. Sylvia was an amazing room service attendant and everything was awesome! Idalia had us checked in quickly and the free margs were refreshing. Definitely worth it all and in a great location. Cheap parking was near also!

Loved the service,on the riverwalk, depending on the rooms you request you get the views. We got city view. Nice room and spacious,clean. We got 1 King bed room and Double bed room both were good and we requested for same floor and it was accommodated. Self Parking only available 2 blocks down- public parking only, but i highly recommend parking Vallet which have to pay additionally than booking but great service, you can request anytime your vehicle that could be just to get your stuffs or use for urself and return back with no extra cost , as the parking charge includes for 24hrs. The other best part after checking out, we packed all our luggages in our car and we did our sightseeing and came back to pick our vehicle , as its valid till 4pm after checking out.Loved staying here,recommended.

Refreshing Spa Vibes
Convenient Riverwalk location. Refreshing fountain upon entrance and an overall spa feeling, even though there is no pool or spa. The facilities are nice and the rooms are spacious and felt very nice for the reasonable price. Great AC is perfect for cooling off during hot days!

Comfortable room. Hotel is located, right on the Riverwalk. Beautiful lobby and hotel. Nice view from our room overlooking the city. surprisingly no microwave oven and no refrigerator in the room to use. There was a refrigerator in the room, however it was not for customer use but rather to stock merchandise for sale to customers such as sodas, beer, wine and liquor. I would have much preferred a refrigerator for my own use. On the last night, I noticed a sign inside the refrigerator that said they would provide a second refrigerator for my room upon request. Seemed it would be something that should not have to be asked for. The same goes for the microwave. I did not see a sign for that appliance availability. Found hairs that were not ours in the bathroom upon arrival, two on the vanity and one in the floor. Otherwise, the room and everything else appeared very clean. headboard on one of the beds made a gong sound in the middle of the night more than once which was easily triggered when a pillow rested against it.Stop for breakfast at the hotel restaurant the first morning, but they took way too long getting to us, and was taking orders of people that sat down after us. We eventually had to get up and leave. There is a nice Starbucks right across the street though for breakfast and coffee. Though we had a few small issues, overall it was nice and worth the price.
