In the morning i checked the policy for the hotel and saw that we must be 21 or older, but the person who was checking in for us was only 18. So i decided to call and ask if we were still able to check into the hotel. When i got to talk to the hotel staff a lady told me that we would be fine checking in if we were 18. She even explained how and what we needed in order to check in. When we got to the hotel hours later we were informed that we’d have to be 21 in order to check into our room. I tried explaining to the front office that we were told by the hotel front desk in the morning how we could be 18 and still check in but it was a different staff member and she had no clue about our situation. I didn’t even get a refund. I demand a refund for this misguided situation me and my friend had to go through and all the stress we had to deal with during our trip.

Went for a weekend of fun with the family. Loved the idea of being able to stay 6 people per room. We were a group of 10 and didn't have to rent 3 rooms. Loved the idea!!!

Nice hotel, quiet night, comfortable bedding, and love that the tv was adjustable to every angle in the room. The only thing I did not like was that the restroom sink was outside of the toilet room and right in front of the beds where my little kids were sleeping, we just had to be super quiet washing our hands.

Worst part of this hotel is the management ( general manager Stephany) We had problems with mold in the bathrooms, housekeeping does a horrible job at cleaning the rooms, breakfast was not good, they entered your room without permission when your do not disturb sign is on, they never have anyone in the evening and at night to run things you might need to your room, ac doesn’t work, they don’t change the bedding. The bedding was dirty and the phones don’t work in the bedroom. Also very noisy can’t sleep. We had to change rooms 4 times and all rooms are the same. We brought all this to the front desk and the general manager Stephany and she didn’t care, nor offered to do anything to fix anything. Please don’t stay here you will hate it.
