Enjoyed our stay! Very relaxing property! Lots of renovates going on and would like to come back when it’s done to see the improvements. Only complaint was to have someone make sure that kids stay out of the adults only pool area and to open that bar.

Spent a weekend here for a staycation and it was amazing. They do have construction going on but they do keep the walk paths clean by spraying them and sweeping any dirt off! Room service was delicious! Restaurants were great and the water park was great for the kids!

We didn't even get pass the gate...Attendant seemed to be more of an Investigator rather than Entrance Gate Guard. The 2nd encounter with the gate guard he yelled at us to get a Key next time while we're trying to explain that our room wasn't ready and we wanted to leave the property. My god, was the President staying there? Crazy.

The best I could say is nothing wrong. Everything was just above average. Service, food, room. Staff was good. No problems. Everything was clean. Room furniture was a bit below average. Furniture was miss-matched. Had all the pieces, but did not looked like the belonged together. Early cowboy was not my taste. Again, nothing wrong, but would try another hotel next time.
