I stay here every year and it is always an amazing experience. No one does hospitality like Marriott, and the JW Resort is just top notch. I enjoy the spa, the ladies there are amazing. Me and my family of about 80 spend every Thanksgiving here and always love it.

Great Family Hotel Resort
Great Hotel Resort. Excellent customer service from our immediate arrival to our departure date. Comfortable beds, large TV in the rooms. Large lazy river swimming pool, temperature controlled, a bonus. There are lots of great restaurants on the hotel premises. We will return. The only small issue was trying to leave the parking area. The resort has a new system that will either take your room key or some small QR code on the receipt you get when you enter the premises. Speak with the registration desk when attempting to leave with your car.

Very good but a few little complaints
Went on a family trip with my 2 kids and husband. Overall the place was beautiful and staff was very friendly. Few complaints were that there was more trash left around than I expected from such a well maintained facility. I know for a fact, I saw the same trash that was never picked up 2 days in a row in the same spot. Also..beware of the bees! Apparently there is a huge hive they maintain somewhere on the property which causes spill over to the other areas and we were getting relentlessly pestered by the bees more than once over at the water park which was incredibly annoying. Not to mention painful when we got stung just trying to walk from one area to another.
