Beautiful new property! Excellent staff! AJ and Rebecca at the front desk were phenomenal and made our stay a true pleasure. Corrina in the restaurant made our breakfast a pleasant experience each morning. All the staff including the manager Kat made us feel like we were at home. Dean’s Steak and Seafood is an incredible dining experience. Worth enjoying a dinner there. Definitely recommend the Kimpton Santo. It will be my go to hotel in San Antonio. Very convenient to the river walk and other dining options.

While the stay itself was great staff were extremely helpful, it would’ve been nice to try Dean’s but after waiting for 25 minutes at a table and not being acknowledged by any waiter or staff. I just decided to visit another well rated steakhouse nearby and do not regret it.

This hotel is a model for what a 5-star hotel should be. From the moment we were welcomed by the doormen, every single employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and made us feel like we were the most important guests in their hotel.
