We tried 2 nights to do the s’mores experience with the kids and between the pool staff and the lobby staff they couldn’t agree who had the s’mores equipment they never knew where the equipment and marshmallows where.

The property is great, but the resort is very understaffed. Took forever to park and check in. Then at 5:00 am on the first night, the fire alarm malfunctioned and went off. The line for coffee in the morning is like a 30 minute wait. The restaurants stop serving early as well and apparently are sometimes close early to host private parties. Nice property with great golf, but they need to staff up as their occupancy increases.

They need more cleaning staff cleaning up around hotel. Weathered out furniture lounge chair cushions stained Wood chairs in garden need to be replaced. Room mattress very hard a long with pillow . I stayed at Hoilday inn in Austin and bedding was much better . Not happy for the cost of stay. Will not be staying there again should of stayed at the Marriott
