We where put in a room next to heavy construction we did inform front desk the reason for owner visit,owner son airman graduation. We left the room very early 4:30 am and returned at night but on the day or morning that we checked out was horrible trying to get a bit more sleep before traveling that didn't happen drilling hammer loud music,I call front desk to ask them to give a little help on the drilling. The reply was very disrespectful it was said to me that the lobby had a sign up saying there was construction being done I should of known that .

Vent in the restroom made a lot of noise and also there was no pressure on the shower head ask the maintenance guy to fix the day I arrive on Friday and stay till Monday it never got fix stayed on room 345 The lady ask me that if I wanted a coke or water that she could not give me a discount that they had new manager and that he does not like that and the bed is bad also but next time we look some where else

My stay was average at best. While the room itself was acceptable, the restroom was not well-maintained and had areas that were clearly in need of cleaning. The hallways were excessively warm, which made the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, the carpets and flooring throughout the hotel appeared dirty and neglected. On a more positive note, the complimentary breakfast was decent and provided a reasonable start to the day.
