The staff were outstanding. My one star review is based solely on the noise. The walls are so paper thin you could hear every noise. I was in room 301. I thought the ceiling was going to cave in based on the amount of noise. You hear everything… walking in the halls. Closing a microwave oven door. Never again.

Regretting

Room was dirty, personal belongings were under the bed from previous stay. I asked for extra bath towels for the morning and staff said they could only dispense 2 per room. Also asked for complimentary lotion and was told it was locked away in closet. The air conditioner had a horrible smell when it would turn on. The shades are not layered and have no option to let daylight in with privacy. The pool has no courtesy towels or towel baskets. The main lobby smells like mildew. Kitchen staff wiped all tables and counters with the same clothe throughout entire breakfast time. Receptionist was on personal phone having a phone call on speaker the whole morning during breakfast time.

We enjoyed a restful stay, the room was very clean and the noise level was almost none. Upon arrival the staff were not friendly, not even to respond to a greeting. The clerk immediately cut me off and went straight to last name and ID. I gave it sometime and as the rudeness continued I decided to ask if she was having a bad day. At this point she changed her demeanor and excused herself. Overall the stay was great and maybe the staff do need continuous etiquette training.

Hotel was not bad at all. Check in was very quick so we were able to get to our rooms fast and start our day activities. The hotel was very clean and well kept and the staff was friendly. The only problem I had was the bed. Kind of too hard for my liking
