Excellent Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at this location. The hotel was super clean, staff very friendly. The location is wonderful! It's not right in the center of town but close by. You have lots to do in the area. Fiesta texas is right down the road and seaworld near by. You can tell the staff takes great pride in taking care of the property. They're always cleaning and straightening. The staff is engaging too and will greet people they come across. I highly recommend this hotel. I will for sure to be back in the future. This will be my go to in San Antonio

The walls were so thin, we could hear the next room using the bathroom when we were in the bathroom. Pillows were very uncomfortable and flat.

The lady at the breakfast area was not friendly, she spilled waffle batter on my husband. He explained how the nozzle was loose and she pulled it and spilled it. The rest of the staff was amazing

I really liked the rooms, it was very comfortable and the beds. The only two things i didnt like was the fact that A. The pool was FREEZING B. Listed with a hot tub but there actual isnt one??? The guy had no idea what I was talking about

Great hotel in San Antonio
Great hotel just far enough away from the the hustle and bustle of downtown San Antonio. The hotel was quiet, clean and close to Target, TJ Maxx, Ulta and other great shopping spots. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for the whole family. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the riverwalk (all freeway) and 30 minutes from Frost arena (Spurs bball) but all freeway as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Not very clean
Very convenient to shopping, dining and Fiesta Texas. The hotel was not very clean. There was a messy spill in both elevators that was not even cleaned up overnight. The bathroom in our room had dirty walls. For a newer hotel, this surprised me. We did not get to have breakfast because it ended at 9am, and we missed it. Seems a little early to end breakfast. I would probably check out another nearby hotel if we were to visit this area again. Cleanliness is a must for me.

My son and I stayed here for a few nights for Spring Break. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The front desk attendant had wonderful customer service upon check-in. The property is well maintained and inviting. The rooms were really nice and clean. They provided Dove products which put the cherry on top. Breakfast was a self serve breakfast, which included a waffle station. They kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked to accommodate all the guest. The Rim is a newly developed area in San Antonio and offers tons of dining and entertainment option that are within 3-5 mins of the hotel. We will definitely be back!
