This hotel is the perfect if you want to be in the down town area and close to all the buzz with out paying the premium of being right on the water. It’s only 3-4 intersections from the first River walk access points. And there’s always scooters or bikes to rent nearby. Have stayed here every time we go to SA and will continue to do so

Room was clean and very spacious. They loan out umbrellas which helped because it was pouring rain outside. Overall, great location and service. Right next to a mini HEB- a big plus!

Hello, My name is Edwin Canas. I reset two rooms, and of them we put that they need to clean it. And they never show up. And we. We were taking a shower the water does not go down quickly. And when we use the toilet, the water doesn’t flush quickly. It might need a little bit more pressure for the water. One of the refrigerator that they have it was not cooling at all. We have food our little baby. And we have to go to the other room to put it and make it cold. The breakfast it was ok, but to much people they should extend until 10:30am. As example 6am-10:30am. That’s when many people come and eat breakfast. Not all of them they don’t like to wake up early or rush for breakfast.

I booked this hotel because of good reviews I saw. This is extremely loud you hear every truck, car door, horn, and car alarm from outside. Also the toilet had very poor plumbing, toilet would barely flush and tub would fill up while showering. A few doors down there was water pouring from the ceiling into the persons room as a part of plumbing issue. I cannot and will not stay here again.
