Staff was excellent in checking in and out. The breakfast was acceptable. I believe what was lacking was availability of fruit to include bananas and apples. Also bacon would be a better choice than the link sausages.

Good for the money. But I got a deal.
The Hotel definitely needs an update and an upgrade. The rooms need to be cleaned better, especially the bathrooms. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but managed. The water didn’t stay hot. But the Breakfast was really good.

Front desk sort of ruins the experience. They were all very unwelcoming. They seemed annoyed with their job, and overheard an older lady at night front desk being rude to a young couple. Because of this I will try other hotels, however the room was clean and did not have a high chemical smell.

We had an issue with our first room but the front desk was very helpful in coordinating a room change. Our stay went great! Nice continental breakfast, just wish there was a little more variety for main entrees as we stayed for a week. Overall, it was a good stay!

The lobby and surrounding area looked so beautiful with the Christmas decorations. The staff was totally awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was my AC/heat buttons were not functioning. And no hot water for shower.
