Overall great experience. Breakfast was great. Walking distance from downtown. Easy parking and friendly and efficient staff. The beds were just a little hard for me. Mostly this is based on personal preference, but room was clean great value.

What I like about the property it’s in the middle of the Riverwalk and what I didn’t act like that you have to pay every time you go in and coming out self parking

Great Service, But Comfort Needs Improvement

This used to be the best place to stay, but unfortunately, the comfort just isn’t there anymore. The beds are no longer comfortable, and the pillows are honestly terrible. Don’t get me wrong—the staff is incredibly sweet and attentive, and their service is still top-notch. But when it comes to getting a good night's sleep, it just doesn’t deliver like it used to.

Expensive parking and unreliable tv

The Direct tv streaming or cable box didn’t work. A maintenance person had to come to our room to fix it. Took about a half hour to fix. I also was unaware of expensive parking. With all the taxes and tourists penalties it was too expensive to stay here anymore. So sad.
