Check in was a breeze. Room was clean. Staff was helpful friendly. Breakfast area was really full around the time we wanted to eat (it was spring break so understandable) so seating was limited. But we were still able to get food. Breakfast was ok. Yorgurt. Waffle maker. Eggs etc. The tub was very slick. We have small children and bathing them was a struggle as they slipped often. So that’s a consideration if you have small children. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy. Quick highway access.

I purchased an insurance to make sure I can get refunded some if not all of anything arise. It happened before. So I paid extra. We could not make it since the husband had health emergency. Called the hotel & was told they don’t have issues with it & that I call Expedia. Expedia told me the property manager would not sign the waiver so I didn’t get a refund. To whoever’s side is that supposedly, considering an additional insurance fee is there, that is a bogus. I didn’t get a refund & on the other end we didn’t get paid for days he was absent for work.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from the manager there who name Margo Gaza. Our family had a serious incident at the hotel where our 3-year-old son slipped and fell in the shower due to the worn-out non-slip mat. This resulted in a trip to the emergency room, where my son required four staples to his head. We emailed Margo about the situation, but it took over a month and three follow-up emails to receive an response. Unfortunately, the response we received was refused to take any responsibility or offer any compensation for the incident. If you are considering this hotel for your family, especially if you’re traveling with young children, I would advise you to reconsider. The lack of care and accountability is deeply concerning.
