Its a great 2 star hotel, about what you can expect for a 2 star. Clean, accessible, helpfull staff. Overall would recommend if you're traveling and north san antonio is your rest place!

This is the worst la Quinta/hotel I have ever stayed at. There was MOLD in the shower, frayed carpets, stains in carpets, dirty windows. Sticky floors, damaged furniture, damaged a/c, dirty a/c, broken thermometer, broken elevator, and a broken door handle for closet. They offered another room and that other room had MOLD also!

The pre-check in made things so easy. Less time spent signing here and there. And the front desk lady was amazing (I can’t remember what her name was). But she knew who I was since she had processed my pre-check information. She also accommodated us with our dog and put us in a first floor room which we could see our car (top of the want list for the hubby).

I wish I would’ve spent the extra $30 and stay somewhere else. This place is not cozy at all. The furniture looks super cheap and the room have tile flooring. The bathrooms by the lobby looks and feel like stadium bathrooms idk The breakfast and service was good but the pool area looks sad and not maintained as well.
