I had made a mistake and booked room as I usually do at fiesta trails but found out I booked Wrong motel 6 I had put fiesta only and not fiesta trails. Called motel to explain my mistake and they said they could not cancel and refund. With the help off Anna the clerk at fiesta trails got to get a room there. So had to pay again. That’s the only inconvenience I had for the first time .

Good price and clean. Staff was very friendly and was helpful on extending my stay another day. Setup of the room was nice for the price. Mostly quiet minus some road noise but it is off a major freeway. Only other minor issue I had was turning the bed light off also turns the electrical outlet by the bed off too. But there were other outlets I could use. Id stay here again.

There was a giant cockroach, alive, walking around in our room, the shower never got hot, neither at night, nor the next morning, and one of the housekeeping ladies just walked in and was badgering me to leave even though it was 40 minutes before checkout time!

The worst. Expedia was supposed to book me @ the Motel 6 downtown San Antonio. Close to Greyhound Bus Station @ St. Mary's/Pecan St. for sightseeing Sun. before catching @ Greyhound Bus to help w/mental health recovery efforts in Kerrville TX. Instead thanks to terrible service/ response from Expedia it cost me more in transportation to a d from the Motel 6 Expedia booked me @ to get bac k downtown to bus station Monday morning. While I'm out helping flood victims recovery, Expedia made my personal experience as bad as possible. And I paid for insurance! I demand a full refund plus the $120.00 I was charged in transportation costs to get where I need to be!

I’ve stayed before and is nice for the price and easy to get around. This time around room was a bit messy looking. Location was perfect pool was nice but the room needed allot of attention. Messy, paint missing, restroom door wouldn’t close and bath curtain was ripped. Defiantly need some renovation.

Room was dated which is acceptable at the price. However there was feces on the wall behind the toilet, black mold above the shower and the door stopper in the bathroom was coated in some sort of black dirt/mold residue interiorly
