I always thought Westin was a nicer 4/5 star hotel, but this Westin was truly sad. The rooms are dark and the tins are stained because this hotel is so old and run down. The wall paper in the hallways are ripped. The carpet is tired. The elevator is very unclean. My kids and their girlfriend and fiancé came up to our room and it was embarrassing. They talked about how unkept the hotel was and they were very surprised as well. The entry fountain doesn’t work and is empty. Just sad. I will think twice before I ever stay at another Westin in the future.

The Westin North in San Antonio. I appreciate how easy the entire check in was and check out. The property is well kept and rooms are cared for I will stay here again when I return to San Antonio in the future. The building is easy to navigate and well laid out there is four elevators for the building to use so it helped make it easy to get luggage into the room and then leave when it was time.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Westin San Antonio North. It is conveniently located close to the highway, shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, and others while feeling secluded and away from the noise and traffic. The hospitality is always on point and they are always there to help. The rooms and amenities are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We will definitely be staying there again.

No soap or shampoo. All numbers busy for service. One person manning the front desk admitted “I’m the only one here”. This was a wonderful Omni, but it is a desperately sad hotel now. Bring a bedroll and sleep in your car for a better experience. Awful awful awful. Shame on you Marriott!!!!!!!
