I usually never write reviews for hotels, but this specific hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that the only way you could access a floor was if your room was on that floor, which is very safe. The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious; I just wished they had more hot options. This was one of my best hotel experiences, and you can tell the hotel is well-kept and well-maintained.

Highly recommended near the Sixth Flags area.
It was really good for what we paid. Didn’t see any issues. Room, bathroom, most areas were very clean. We didn’t do breakfast but checked it when we were checking out and it was ok. Location is amazing, since it hotel is very close t The Sixth Flags. You can even see fireworks from the fourth floor.

The staff was not willing to help, we forgot basic things like lotion and toothpaste and the hotel did not provide those items nor did I have the option to buy cause the “store” looked like it hadn’t been stocked in years. I was there for a sporting event and usually carry reusable ice packets— other Hilton properties will accommodate my request and freeze them overnight for us without question, this hotel claimed they didn’t have a freezer which was clearly a lie cause we saw it in their pantry. The microwave in the lobby was not the best and the rooms do not have microwaves. The smoke detector in the hallway was also beeping, the staff just removed it instead of adding a battery. Overall these things could’ve been overlooked if the staff was a little more empathic. The room itself was comfortable, the bed was comfy, the restroom was alright— no counter space and the tub had wear and tear. The AC cooled just fine.

Elevator and surrounding rooms are hot, no AC. Carpet was dirty and worn. No toilet paper holder. TV was broken. Everything reeks of smoke. Breakfast was sub-par very little selection. No water available for guests. No ice bucket.
