The staff was great. They never came to clean the room. We ordered pizza for room 222 and woke up around 3am to get a slice of pizza and there was a roach in the pizza box. I took pictures and threw away $100 worth of pizza. Very disappointed.

Not A Fan of This Location.

Management/Front Desk wasn't available to help with a billing issue. Tried corporate and they leave it up to the property to handle. The property decided not to answer the phone anymore, so issue never resolved.

I am requesting a refund. My room was directly next to a game rec room, the pool was dirty and did not work and the reason I booked this room was for the hot tub which was filthy and non functioning. I also got food poisininh from their breakfast.

Overall it was a fine hotel but the air conditioner did not work very well and was very loud. Also, although the breakfast had standard hotel fare, it did not taste good at all! Even the bagel tasted funny. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they were fine.
