The beds were extremely stained, the pillows were yellow and had hairs, and the restroom had pee stains. We just stayed because it was 12am and we were going to sleep for a couple of hours before heading home. Extremely bad experience.

I checked in for a certain room. We were asked if we could stay in a different room. Told the front desk, that i have reserved the room for a reason. Then she said it is not available. So she moved us to certain room. Beddings are folded but it is super dirty and had stains. I told the front desk about it, she said she is nit aware of how the room is clean or not. She moved us to different room but the beddings has visible stains and even the table is not propoerly wiped off. At this time we were so tires to mive to a different hotel. I picked this inn due to the great reviews. Lesson learned. Also my security deposit over charge of 2 dollars that hasnt been credited back.

A cautionary warning

I reserved this accessible room a few weeks ago and yet I never received an alert stating that the elevators were out. Getting to our room was beyond difficult and we requested assistance but none was offered. We requested a room on the first floor due to the situation but were informed it would be a lot more. The 2 shower dispensers were not connected to the wall. The refrigerator didn’t chill our drinks so we’re not sure if it was functioning properly.

MINOR ISSUES (NO showstoppers): Shower is fine, not as powerful as I’d like. $52 mandatory deposit - $2 general purpose fee. Totally a minor issue but why? Especially since we use debit and not credit. AC covers the sleeping area well but not so much towards the bathroom area (minor issue - re sleeping area matters most!). Hair dryer could use attention to remove previous occupants hair. Easy access. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean for the most part. Plenty of parking. Soft towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. Secured facilities and the area felt safe. Traffic noise minimal. Overall, the price is reasonable and we would stay again.

Horrible Stay

Wouldnt recommend this hotel. Check in was easy but the room was disgusting. I dont even think they change the sheets and blankets when cleaning up the rooms for the next guests. We also had to change rooms 2 times! First time was because the room too dirty so we asked for a new one and the 2nd was because THE ENTIRE RESTROOM FLOOED! They put us in a room that needed maintenance. So for a 2 night stay we had to stay in 3 different rooms. Upon check out we waitied in the front to check out for 30 minutes before someone arrived to give us our deposit we still were forced to pay!
