Location was conveniently close enough to JBSA-Lackland to attend my brothers graduation. But, was not a clean hotel. My room (117) was very dirty, the garbage bin by the entrance to the room smelled like pee; the floor had not been cleaned my socks were filthy after walking about 10 min on it. The room was serviced every day I was there. However, the floor remained filthy, never cleaned.

Overall, the property is okay but dated. The bathroom is really small and tired. The front office staff was super accommodating when we asked for a rollaway bed. It’s hard to see in the pictures, but these rooms open to the outside. We were there for such a short amount of time that I didn’t notice the amenities except for laundry. We did not get to see the breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Bring your own pillow! Overall, it was a decent experience. The availability during the Final Four was low so we took what we could get.
