The property itself is somewhat dated. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was very nice. She upgraded our room, and the room was modern and very comfortable.

I will say i have nothing good to say about this hotel. It was dirty, there were dead bugs in the elevator and around the hallways, when I advised the staff, I was told "better dead than alive" ha ha. No conditioner and limited shampoo, when I asked, I was told they had not received any in weeks and that's why guests should or are recommended to bring their own. Just rude all around. I was so disappointed with this stay.

As soon as I arrived I wanted to change hotel. The carpets were extremely dirty so did the elevator. I did not want to sleep there so I immediately started to look to change for another hotel. I saw roaches in the bathroom. I slept there 2 nights and it was more than enough. After looking for another hotel for 2 days I found one that I liked near the River walk. So I moved out and I did appreciate that I got reimbursed without any problem. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms where not so clean, beds not so comfortable, at the time of check in the staff member was bother he had to stop smoking in order for him to check me in. I wouldn’t stay here again. Plus there’s a $15 charge for parking per day.

We were sent to a room that was still dirty had to go back down to front desk and wait around till they checked all the rooms to see what was clean. Key card never worked right had to go get new ones. Rules say if you check in before 12 you will be charged $25. We checked in at 2 and she still said she had to charge us the $25.

Terrible hotel
Upon arrival, we were assigned room 305, where my wife promptly discovered the bed in disarray. Pulling back the top blanket revealed soiled sheets with hair and mysterious brown stains. Returning the second night, we found our door ajar. The inner lock, inaccessible by key, seemed faulty. Notifying the front desk attendant, she attributed the issue to our closing the door to hard. Again their issue not ours. Discovering no complimentary daily maid service, unlike other establishments, we've stayed. We'd have to paid for it. Requesting towels on our final night, due to understaffing, we had to go down and to get them. Contrary to our accommodating rental history, we seek reimbursement for service. Marcus Bakkar
