the stay was good and ideal for concerts held nearby, walking distance and bars close by. only concern I had was our room did not provide microwave or refrigerator. also recommend repainting the rooms, due to a lot of visible large mold spots on ceilings and in the bathroom. gave the room a mild moldy smell. outside of that it would have been a great room.

Viajé con una amiga ya que asistimos a un concierto en el Alamodome, creo que el precio estuvo bien para el servicio que ofrecen, pero tienes que pedir de todo directamente en la recepción, a pesar que estuvimos varios dias, nunca fueron a limpiar nuestra habitación y la persona que estuvo en el turno de la noche no ofreció una buena atención al cliente.

For some reason when we returned to the room at night to retire our room card didn’t work and it was a hassle to have to go back to front desk to get recalibrate Also the front desk wasn’t prepared for the massive check rush at check in time as there were at least 20 families trying to check in at the same time

Convenient for travellers
Convenient location to the Riverwalk and San Antonio central. Short walk to many of the sights including The Alamo. Facilities were good without being overdone.

The location is perfect, if your plans are to go to the Alamo/Tower/Riverwalk while in San Antonio. There is also a great lil brewery close by, and a nightclub within walking distance. The only negatives about it, is getting in and out of the parking lot. It is a bit tight, and backs up into the street. None of the vending machines worked, so bring water, snacks and soft drinks with you.

Not worth it!
Never again. I’ve been staying at this hotel for years and it seems to be getting worse. The room I was checked into had no refrigerator or microwave which I know what room I booked! We killed about 8 cockroaches in the room called to complain and got no where. The next morning I asked to be moved to a different room which they did it wasn’t much better the A/C didn’t work very good. But I don’t see any cockroaches.

The worst hotel ever
Our stay was the worst we ever had the beds were uncomfortable the pillows sucked there was no fridge in the room. No breakfast. Hell they didnt even have fresh coffee this morning. Ridiculous

Front desk lady was nice. But who ever cleans for them needs to be fired. Pulled back the sheets and there was dried blood drops on the cover. Moved the pillows & it looked like someone wiped dirty Cheeto fingers on the covers. Sheets weren’t changed. Bath tub wasn’t clean…
