Everything was so easy & efficient from check-in to check-out. Reception was helpful, extremely friendly & efficient throughout check-in & later on in the evening when we needed assistance for a broken glass out on the patio. The studio room was amazing with more than enough space for us & a great layout that was perfect for the 3 of us that were staying there. The price was comparable to other locations close by. While it was close to the highway (410) & shopping/entertainment, etc., it was surprisingly quiet in the courtyard/patio area which of course transferred to the room being quiet as well. We will definitely be back!
The hotel was happy to take my money but failed to provide the room I booked for my family of 5.
Instead of 2 beds and a pullout sofa they gave me a 1 bed room, for 5 people including an infant. And of course overbooked and offered absolutely nothing for a lifetime Gold Membership from Marriott... now i need to fight rhem to get my money back.

I read a review where a family lost their 2 bedroom reservation, and we almost did too. They said they tried calling? Anyhow, broken elevator, 2 bedrooms with less beds, breakfast was ok. I wouldn't say 5 Star, but because it was comfy, we enjoyed it and wouldn't mind returning. Right next to couple restaurants and a cinema too. Halfway to sea world and riverwalk reason we got it, wasn't a bad idea. Do we get a discount for honesty? LOL
there were issues with the reservations at first but they quickly resolved everything they could. excellent customer service from every single person working there. I was there with 4 of my grandchildren for 1 full week. we had a blast

Great customer service!
The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :) I would definitely stay again!
I loved the breakfast daily it was great. The room needs to be updated and cleaner. Regardless if pet friendly the carpets were not clean and my dog kept finding food like chips and candy in corners. It seemed as though there had not been a thorough cleaning of any of the rugs not even the ones in the hallway. I saw two roaches in the kitchen and bought bug spray so where there is one there might be more. But I didn't get grossed out or complain we just handled it. At the pool, there were not enough towels so often we had to bring our own. For the amount paid, we expected a bit cleaner rooms. The last thing that was not ok was i was told i had to pay for parking when i booked it said there was free parking so that was a hidden fee i was not expecting especially because this was more of a suburb than a city hotel where i could have stayed and aid for parking.
I booked and paid for a 2 bedroom. When I arrived the clerk asked if I recently booked the room because their were no more 2 bedrooms available. We ended up staying in 2 separate rooms.
The general manager was very helpful as the AC had gone out before we arrived, they made arrangements for us to stay at a nearby hotel. AC ended up being fixed so we did stay at the Residence Inn. Everyone was so friendly & helpful during our stay.
