This property was okay. It was not how the photos presented it. The rooms are old and it shows. No curtains instead stiff shade that drops down. Parking is not as advertised it is $40 valet each night. Deposit is about $100 a night.

This hotel is seriously outdated, and it shows. As soon as you walk in, you’re hit with a strange smell that lingers throughout the building. The bathroom was a mess—mold in the corners, rust everywhere, and just overall dirty (check my pics). Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but the night shift receptionist ( dark hair) was somewhat unwelcoming and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. The location is decent since it’s in the downtown area, but the “river view” was honestly a joke. On top of that, they charge $50 a day for parking, which just felt ridiculous. Overall, we were so disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. It’s definitely not worth the price.

When we got to our room, there was an open beverage with a straw in it in the fridge. The pillows were not clean and smelled. The bathtub drain plate was oxidized and also had a hole. The room wasn’t very pleasant as we had visited 3 years ago.

This hotel is a quiet connection to the Riverwalk and San Antonio which I really enjoyed. Less enjoyable was the state of the facilities itself. There was an odor in our room throughout the stay, the “heated” pool did not have a working heater, and even the chess set in the lobby was missing a pawn. Bed was comfortable, however, and the location was ideal. Easy access to everywhere.

The room cleaning very poor if we dont place the sign to clean room they dont come and clean it . The guest services was ok like the staff was careless The food at the restaurant need more choises for lunch and dinner The coffee shop was horrible i asked for a chai and after a while she realized was not available i ask also for croissant and as well she didnt realize she doesnt have available. Was not the best
