The hotel room we were put in had 2 queen size beds and one was completely worn to wear, literally reignited back problems that I have not had in a while, the mattress was thin and felt like sleeping on the frame itself. Room was not refreshed after 3 days of staying there and had to make multiple requests to get towels sent up

We had a problem with bath towels. We were told to leave them outside the room because of crickets, which we did and staff would replace them. We had to go to the front desk to remind them to replace them The hotel seemed to be short stafffed

This property is in need of mager renovation and updating, bathtub wouldn't drain, ants in the bathroom every day, the self serve parking was full youvwere forced to pay 40 dollars a day fot valet parking, how do you not have enough parking spots to park yourselves. Its was a rip off

Surprised that breakfast was not part of the agreement according to your ad on expedia after we checked in. Seemed deceptive especially if not properly notified at check in. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the choices on the menu and were willing pay . your waitress this am was fantastic working a very busy morning. Might want to get her some help, especially if a guest pays $30 for breakfast. Your staff overall were super. Otherwise, i would definitely recommend your hotel and have already told several people about the wonderful service you provide. Thank you very much!!

Good location, good staff for this class of hotel, the room is outdated no style in the furniture which appears as left over from another hotel. OLD, OLD, OLD. The layout of the rooms is total child's play design, POOR,POOR. POOR. To expensive for the the quality of the amenities ( pool looks awful ) and the entire infrastructure. This hotel is a teardown and rebuilt, it does not take a genius. I would not go back at the prices charged for the room!
