The lady was very mean..kicked us out in the middle of the night bc I'm handicap an have a service dog with papers.Bc she told u didn't read the rules no dogs..I have a registered service animal with papers..we left in the middle of the night with a baby an drove back home

Long Drive Home

Unplanned event. Needed a place to rest for the night before a drive home. The rooms were a little noisy when other guests closed their doors. And the some of the linen didn't look clean. Overall a good experience from booking with HOTELS, check-in, and the stay overnight.

WHEN I GOT THERE THE LADY TOLD ME THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION...I TOLD HER THAT I HAD 2 RESERVATIONS BACK TO BACK AND SHE STILL SAID THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE EITHER OF THE RESERVATIONS THAT I MADE! I SHOWED HER MY CONFIRMATION MESSAGES AND SHE STILL INSISTED THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE MY RESERVATIONS! SHE WAS VERY HESITANT ABOUT GIVING ME MY ROOM AND ROOM KEY AND EVENTUALLY GAVE IT TO ME!

Good things: the sheets looked clean. Bad: location outside of the city and waking felt uncomfortable at night. The small of the room?! Fabuloso smelt so overpowering, that I could not sleep and my eyes were hurting. No night lights by the bed- you needed to turn on big lights. Clogged sink. Light warm water not hot. Noise from the highway was bad and all for the price of $182 for two nights! I did not get much sleep at this place. I would recommend a place closer to the city.
