Check-in was horrible. I arrived at 2:15 for early check in as a Bonvoy member, I waited in the lobby area until 4:15pm. I checked in on my room 4 times. I asked if it was possible to cancel the reservation without fees and I’d go somewhere else. That motivated them to move from behind the desk and check on the room. Waited 3 minutes for an elevator (this had major delays the entire stay). Got to the room, it was okay but clean. Rooms need to be renovated. Had challenges with the tv remote working. After 3 calls, troubleshooting worked.
The staff were friendly but the service was subpar. It located in an odd place with a lot of abandoned businesses around. It is a shuttle service (which they don’t advertise) that came handy for an early flight. I will not return to this location but wish the staff well.
