It was immaculate in every way both in our room and outside of our room and around the hotel itself. The food was exceptional and definitely another notch up from typical hotel food in the club area especially including snacks and drinks free to us and open 24 hours assessable, with the club option. We had a balcony with a nice view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable along with the pillows, and the sofa in the room was equally as comfortable. We literally felt like we were in a different realm of experience and much further away from home than we would’ve expected to have felt all in a very positive way because it was such a homey wonderfully peaceful resort. Stay for us, it had all the “feels.”

Divine oasis
It was a wonderful, very cozy room laid out divinely for the celebration of our anniversary. We greatly enjoyed the club area, and the overall layout and feel as well. The staff was exceptional in both their hospitality and servant minded expression of that hospitality. We definitely will be enjoying our stay there again we especially loved the way the room was laid out with a cozy nook For the sleeping area, we loved the soft water, the lighted mirror in the bathroom , I just the overall ambience of our entire experience, was absolutely welcoming and restful.

We booked a room for a much needed getaway. My husband booked a room and paid extra for a room with a balcony. We DID NOT get the room we booked. Called front desk and the rude lady said “you got what you booked. Call hotels.com since you didn’t book it with us directly. And then hung up. The room was a little bigger but no balcony and most of all no MICROWAVE. No ice machine available and the Hallway temperature was 85. We were sweating just waiting for the elevator which conveniently broke and we were in the 8th floor. I had high hope of this hotel. It was a pretty hotel.

Check-in was horrible. I arrived at 2:15 for early check in as a Bonvoy member, I waited in the lobby area until 4:15pm. I checked in on my room 4 times. I asked if it was possible to cancel the reservation without fees and I’d go somewhere else. That motivated them to move from behind the desk and check on the room. Waited 3 minutes for an elevator (this had major delays the entire stay). Got to the room, it was okay but clean. Rooms need to be renovated. Had challenges with the tv remote working. After 3 calls, troubleshooting worked. The staff were friendly but the service was subpar. It located in an odd place with a lot of abandoned businesses around. It is a shuttle service (which they don’t advertise) that came handy for an early flight. I will not return to this location but wish the staff well.
