Bugs and wrong rooms, not a good stay.
We had to move rooms twice become i ordered a King and they put us in a queen room twice! Also there mold in the vents in our room. I mentioned this twice and no one came to check despite saying they would. We also ended up with ants in our room....on the 35th floor. Again promises were made to check it and no one did anything. Staff was great overall. But didnt make up for it all. Also thry did comp one night but it was a drop in the bucket when we apent 3500. Stay in the nicer hotels. Theyre worth it. This place was not.

A very good experience. A little pricey, but i think its worth it for the walkable distance the Convention Center, Downtown, and the Riverwalk. Very clean hotel with modern amenities and design.
