Great parking and a very quiet room. The room did have pet odors and was clean, but not fresh. Breakfast was limited to bagels coffee and juice.

This is a new property, Spark is really bare bones. Not even a cup in the rooms, much less a coffee pot or a microwave. I mean not even a cup to take a pill.

Overall my stay was good Property was very clean and staff was friendly however my shower hot water was not hot more like coldish , I did let them know a little after checking in , they stated they would have maintenance go look the next day . However I was gone and out the whole day until late I did text them to ask if maintenance had gone by they stated that maintenance had gone by for me to let the water run longer before getting in however my water was still coldish i just left it alone the next day 40 minutes before my check out maintenance knocked on the door and stated they had barely told him about the problem but they had told me they had “ fixed “ the problem . Overall I wish they were honest about not sending anyone to fix the problem or moving us rooms .

For the price it was all right. But you can hear everything fro m the next rooms and lots oh highway noise . The breakfast was as cheap a business can provide. A little more thought can improve it .
