Springhill Suites had great staff who were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately coffee in the lobby was only at breakfast. There also seemed to be problem with one of the elevators. Great place overall, only a couple of blocks to the Alamo.

The rooms were great, a lot of space just wish the tv was bigger and it was offset with the beds. Service was great, very friendly. Breakfast was really good. Valet parking were friendly and very fast. Definitely coming back!

Overall the stay was great, my only concern is the parking, we are already paying enough for the stay, parking should be included and easy. I had to wait 15 mins outside the driveway waiting on someone from valet, I looked inside and the front desk people are just looking at me like I was lost or crazy. finally I got off my vehicle and went inside to ask for valet and when I believe a valet a representative should be asking instead of us having to look for them.

Nice hotel
We had a suite. It was nice and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Had a microwave and fridge. Parking is $35 a night but we caught a special and it was free. Within walking distance to the Riverwalk. Only thing is, late at night it seemed like cars were loud at night. Not sure if it was cause we were near the freeway or what.
