We waited over an hour for our room, keep in mind we had traveled for 8 hours prior to arriving. Front desk staff did not have a sense of urgency and kept us waiting around for more than hour for our room. We kept having to ask if the room was ready. We were told we’d receive a discount for the inconvenience but we were charged full price at check out.

Everything was good on this hotel, the only thing was the “bed”. The bed was very very uncomfortable, there was like a hole in the bed making it so uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that everything was fine.

Arrived and there were no towels. Woke up and there was no hot water. Maintenance man said it takes a long time to get hot water to our end of hotel. Finally got hot water but had to let it run 10 mins to get hot enough to shower.
