I would NEVER stay at this location. This was my first time and will be my only time staying there!!! Worst experience ever!! I checked into my room and the first thing i see are cockroaches in every room including living room and kitchen! I got the biggest suite they have and paid so much money to walk into a dirty room!! Dont ask for a late check out either because they will charge you $30 extra!! I also see an extra charge on my bank account and i didn't even purchase anything at the hotel!! Worst experience

They charged for parking even though their web site said free and the parking lot was mostly vacant. The room carpet was moist and smelled like mildew. Overall was good for the price.

I used this hotel to escape from Hurricane Francine. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for the week. The kitchenette allowed me to cook fell like I was at home. I was allowed to get extra items for staff to complete my stay. I would stay at this property again.

Was one of the dirtiest hotels we ever stayed. The bedding and towels werr smelling and stained. The room and the hotel has a very bad smell. We covered everything with our own blankets just to be able to seat on sofa. We left a day early. Horrible conditions.

Desiree was absolutely the best!!! Very helpful!!! Susan too was amazing!!! Aside from the maintenance person in red thigh high boots being horribly rude our experience here was TOP NOTCH!!! THOSE TWO WOMEN THE breakfast SERVICE LADY AND ALL CLEANING LADIES WOW WE CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!!!
