I felt unsafe and the motel/hotel smelled all like mold. So we left, I check in and check out in the same day.

We arrived at the property and were given a room that was the worst I have ever stayed at. The tv had no remote, a different brand remote was offered that did not work, the furniture in the room was missing pieces or breaking apart. The bed was so lumpy and soft, never slept. The fridge was not working, they swapped it with another and it needed to be plugged in the bedroom as the gfi outlet in the kitchen was shot. The room was gross, pins and needle were on the bed frame edge, all wood surface msg was swollen from water, the AC was so noisy as the blower bearings were gone. The exterior was rough, there was a 4 inch waterline with a big leak that was flowing right into a gutter drain, nothing was done during the 4 days we were there. The ice machine was an open bin in the laundry room, this has been prohibited for years but not here. All walk-in guests can only pay cash, how do you control that as an owner. This was the wordy mismanaged property I have ever seen. And on top of it all, the property is right next to the landing and take off path of San Antonio Airport. STAY AWAY SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The front desk clerk was super nice. Check in was easy, luckily I had reservations made through Hotel.com if not it would have been "cash only" for room payment. The actual "non smoking room" smelled like cigarette. The rest room needed major work on, the toilet was wobbly and the tub's water knobs were not working properly and kept water running all night long...

The most horrible experience I have ever had. They do not have the amenities that was stated online staff was not helpful at all. The rooms were very dirty and disgusting and roach infested. It literally looks like they got the mattresses off of the street it has so many stains on it.

Bathroom walls had extensive water damage, fridge broken and smelled, sink clogged and backed up, dresser falling apart, no pole in the closet to hang up clothes. First room assigned wasn't clean and got new room. Had to have the key re programmedafter second day. Ended up checking out a day early because of the deplorabke condition.
