There were bed bugs and I didn’t even get my full refund after only staying for one night in that room. I showed proof of the bed bugs and was told I would be contacted via email about getting my full refund but never was. I’m highly upset and disappointed.

Very Basic
I thought that with the change of name from Motel 6 to Studio 6 that perhaps it might be a bit better. This was not the case. There as no soap, no shampoo, no hangers, no coffee in the room. I asked for and received soap and hangers. My main complaint was the TV. There was some satellite service that was difficult to navigate. And when I was able to find a channel, it seldom stayed on for more than 10 minutes before drifting off. Local TV was uunavailable.

Motel 6 experience… horrible
We opened the door and a horrible smell slapped us silly. We killed at least 5 different types of bugs in the 6 hours we were there. I don’t know how they had the nerve to charge $200 plus dollars. The next night we stayed at a beautiful Marriott by la Cantera and they charged us $175… I mean… the least they could do is refund our money.

The property was okay. The landscape was not up to part. The manager Tony or Anthony is very rude and does not care what you have to say. The owner of studio 6 should be more concerned of what’s going on the property.
