Property is aging quickly there was trash in the hallway and paint peeling everywhere . The main floor and restaurant are the best kept. Don’t overpay for these types of rooms

The Riverwalk isn't a large as it seems. This property sits and the end (or beginning) or the loop through downtown. Easy to walk. We had an issue with the hot water on the last day and the manager on duty when I checked out did a fantastic job at addressing the issue and really made me feel like she took personal ownership of correcting it. I would stay there again.

Beautifully placed

The hotel itself is very beautifully placed on the riverwalk, and also just as beautiful on the inside. The rooms were nice and beds were super cozy. The employess were very friendly and attentive to any questions we may have had. The only complaint I would have is parking. You have to park across the street in parking garage and if that is full you are kind of out of luck. They do have valet but, to me $60 a day is a little pricey for this service (my opinion). Also the pool area, they really should leave that open in the night time. People are on vacation and sometimes enjoy a nice night swim to enjoy all of the money spent to stay in the hotel.

To valet Park the cost was $60, which was outrageous!!! It was an excellent trip! The hotel offered everything I expected and more. I’ve stayed there on several occasions and I’ve always enjoyed going to the Westin in San Antonio.
