The front desk people were great even refunded us when we left early due to a break in, rooms were clean, breakfast was okay, my truck did get broken into during our stay. We understand this is not necessary the hotels fault but people should be made aware. We will not be staying again due to this.

We had a 4 day, 3 night vacation and really enjoyed the our stay overall. The room was smaller in person than the way it appears in the photo and there's absolutely not one piece of storage! They have a sign suggesting that we use the 3 hooks on the wall and under the bed, although the bed is a platform. (So if you like to unpack during a stay it's impossible). More importantly, the service was a 10/5! Everyone was amazing, but Rickey definitely stood out! He remembered our names, took initiative over any issue I had, and made our stay so pleasant. I really wish I could take him on all of our trips. I did see someone else comment & it's true, they will not service your room until you specifically ask them to. I had to go "borrow" a broom, bring my dirty towels, and get new ones from the nice young lady cleaning rooms people checked out of. Other than that, I'd definitely return again.

Will never stay there again. Old man at the front took about 45 minutes to check us in because he couldnt work the computer. Shower had no water pressure. Bed was extremely uncomfortable that i would rather sleep on the floor.

Bed bugs. My first experience of this (thankfully) I’m covered around my chest/neck. Reported to front desk who pretty much scowled at me. A guy turned up later on with fresh pillows at our request who gave the same scowl. Woke up one morning with the pillow covered in brown rusty spots….thats their excrement. Great. And now I’m covered in bites. They did not care whatsoever Note to anyone with a food allergy at breakfast. No one was able to answer my question about what the food did or did not contain. Completely unable to tell me
